The products manufactured at the plant will be:
  • Biprofed, a protein-vitamin supplement for compound feeds and feed additives;
  • Autolysate of feed protein (feed for young animals);
  • Denucleinized protein (for food products);
  • High-value-added products from fine chemistry (for pharmaceuticals);
  • Spirulina biomass (in the feed and food segments of biologically active additives (BAA)).

The Main Problem of Intensive Livestock Development

The main reason for the low productivity of livestock is the weak feed base, which leads to the overuse of feed. One of the most important problems is the lack of feed protein necessary for feeding agricultural animals. Today, the basis of livestock rations consists of plant-based feeds, which creates the need to enrich feeds with animal-origin protein supplements. Sources of such protein supplements are mainly products of plant material processing – soy meal and fish or bone meal. At the same time, the majority of these products have imported origins and are not always safe.
